Once you have installed the IRLP Software, make sure you go to the new-install page at http://irlp.net for some important information on getting your node configured and established.  Before proceeding, it is probably wise to do a node reboot just to verify that the IRLP system comes up properly.  Once it has booted up, continue on to the new-install page.  The steps listed on that page are very important so don't neglect to do them.
